Your Account is Protected
NEET PYQ requires a second factor on every login — an authenticator app (TOTP) or SMS OTP — on top of your password. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS, and passwords are never stored in plain text.
Is my exam data private?
Yes. Your practice history, mock test results, and uploaded papers are tied to your account and only visible to you (and your teacher/admin, if your institution manages your account). We don't sell your data or show ads.
Who can see my private paper uploads?
Only you. PDFs you upload under "My Papers" are stored privately and are not visible to other students.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
How does two-factor login work?
After entering your email and password, you'll be asked for a second code — either from an authenticator app you set up once (scan a QR code), or an OTP sent to your phone by SMS. This keeps your account secure even if your password is ever compromised.
How do Mock Tests work?
Mock Tests are timed, full-length exams styled after the real NEET exam, with the same Not Visited / Not Answered / Answered / Marked / Answered+Marked palette. You can quit early and still get scored on whatever you answered.
What happens to questions I get wrong?
Wrong and skipped questions are automatically saved to your Mistake Book so you can revisit and revise them later — no manual bookmarking needed.
Can I upload my own question papers?
Yes! Under "My Papers", upload a PDF (up to 100 MB) and we'll extract the questions for you automatically. This runs in the background, so you can keep using the app while it processes.
Do I need a subscription?
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access. After that, a paid subscription (processed securely via Razorpay) is required to continue using premium features.
Does it work on both Android and iOS?
Yes, NEET PYQ is available on both Android and iOS from the same app, so your progress and account are the same no matter which device you use.
Can I resume practice where I left off?
Yes. Stop a practice session at any question, log off, and pick up exactly where you left off next time.
🔧 Troubleshooting
I didn't receive my OTP code
SMS delivery can occasionally be delayed. Wait a minute and use "Resend Code". If you have an authenticator app set up, you can also switch to that instead of SMS.
App crashes or won't load
Try: 1) Force-quit and reopen the app, 2) Check your internet connection, 3) Update to the latest app version, 4) Restart your device.
My paper upload is stuck processing
Large PDFs can take a few minutes to extract. If it's been over 15 minutes, try re-uploading, or contact support with the paper name and upload time.
Payment went through but I still see the trial banner
This usually resolves within a few minutes as our system confirms the payment. If it persists after 30 minutes, contact support with your payment reference.
