1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the NEET PYQ mobile app or web portal (the "Service"), operated by Wheel Traveler, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Every login requires a second authentication factor (an authenticator app code or SMS OTP) in addition to your password. You are responsible for keeping the device used for two-factor authentication secure.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial exam preparation, subject to these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to premium features.
• After the trial, continued access to premium features requires an active paid subscription, billed through Razorpay.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. User Content

5.1 Uploaded Papers

You retain ownership of any question paper PDFs you upload under "My Papers." You represent that you have the right to upload this content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

5.2 License to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of providing the Service (e.g., extracting questions from your uploaded PDFs for your own practice).

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, or that you do not have permission to share.

6. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Attempt to bypass subscription/paywall restrictions
• Scrape, redistribute, or resell the question bank or extracted content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its question bank, design, and software, is owned by Wheel Traveler and protected by intellectual property laws. Official NEET question papers are used for educational reference purposes; NEET PYQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practice content, mock test scores, or AI-generated explanations perfectly predict your performance on the actual NEET exam. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wheel Traveler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
